Konami has unveiled that Metal Gear Online will receiving a new team-based game mode. The new mode is available to all users of the game and adds a unique new way to enjoy it. In Bomb Mission, teams are charged with destroying or protecting an area on the game map. Players are charged with either planting timed explosives in the city and protecting the bomb until it goes off; or nullifying the explosive with a coolant solution, thus making for a tense battle between the two teams. All this is played against a tight time limit.
The new Bomb Mission Mode will be available on Tuesday, January 27th.

Developers are in this business to make money, and it has been proven with every NPD release that the 360 pays them more. That’s before you take into account the Live Marketplace. I would love to see the PS3 and the 360 still competing at the 10 year mark, but I don’t think I’ll be playing them at that point. (more…)
