DLC Review: Tempest Pack

I hate it when DLC for a game comes out, and you’re offered like 3 different things for 10 or 15 dollars a piece. Granted, most of the content at that price is associated with full retail games, but it is still way too much to pay nonetheless. The people over at Vector Unit, creators of Hydro Thunder Hurricane for the XBLA, understand this problem, and have decided to give players a little more bang for their buck with their “Tempest Pack”.
